Who: APEX What: Understanding How AI Tools are Used in Government Agencies
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how government agencies manage operations, analyze data, deliver services, and support mission-critical functions. Federal, state, and local government agencies are increasingly adopting AI-enabled technologies to enhance efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, improve decision-making, and automate routine tasks.
This course provides an overview of how Artificial Intelligence tools are currently used in government agencies. Participants will explore commonly adopted AI technologies, understand operational applications across multiple government functions, and learn how contractors can support AI implementation initiatives.
The course also introduces key considerations for government contractors, including security requirements, compliance expectations, ethical use of AI, and risk management responsibilities associated with supporting AI-enabled systems.
