Instructor Jacob George is the CEO and Managing Director of JACOBS Management Consultants, a consulting services firm assisting clients in the areas of finance and program management, including cost and pricing and PMO needs. Mr. George has consulted on procurements ranging from $1 million to $20 billion dollar contracts and in his capture work, maintains a 90% win rate. He has successfully participated in multiple industries including IT infrastructure, design-build, combined arms support training/deployment, facility guard services, business process reengineering, air traffic management, naval construction/procurement, financial audits, health/human services, and environmental engineering. In addition to his cost accounting experience, he also possesses complementary experience in program performance archictecture development, earned value management, DCAA compliance/audit proficiency, cost & price analysis, competitive analytics, and market dynamics.
