SBA will consider public testimony on the methodology concerning and the proposed rule to amend SBA’s size standards contained in the recently published proposed rules titled Small Business Size Standards: Revised Size Standards Methodology (91 FR54096, August 20, 2026) and Small Business Size Standards (91 FR53741, August 20, 2026).
