The Quality Standard, ISO 9001:2015 is at the heart of most organizations that want to drive value and quality processes to its customers.
This workshop will review the certification and implementation requirements of a Quality Management System. This session also looks at how ISO 9001:2015 can accelerate your competitive advantage to bid on awards, such as SEWP and OASIS. The agenda will include open discussions and recommendations on how to leverage the benefit of a management system, even if you are not ready for certification. It is never too early to begin creating a culture of quality and continual improvement. A brief discussion on other popular ISO standards and how they work together will be included.
