Presenter (Keynote): John Henley, Associate Director of Small Business, DLA Aviation:  An introduction to DLA’s mission as the Department of Defense’s acquisition and service provider--awarding contracts valued at $28B yearly and warehousing and distribution of 5.2 million consumable items.

Presenter: Crystal Ober, Deputy Director, DLA Aviation Office of Small Business Programs:  Overview of DLA’s service acquisition program that is responsible for procuring IT products, services and infrastructure support for DLA. 

Presenter: Kevin Minter, Lead Procurement Analyst, DLA Aviation Office of Small Business Programs:  Workshop on doing business with DLA which includes a summary of how DLA buys, an overview of the DLA small business program and set-aside opportunities.

Presenter:  Judy Beavers, Procurement Analyst and 8(a) Program Manager, DLA Aviation Office of Small Business Programs:  Overview of DLA’s web-based bid application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on solicitations for DLA items.
