The TASC luncheon speaker for the May 21st meeting will be Mr. Jeff Brunner,
Contract and Acquisition Management Officer at the U.S. Joint Forces Command
who will present the highlights of the DoD Procurement Conference being held 12-16 May.
This event is held every two years and hosted by the Director of Defense Procurement,
Acquisition Policy, and Strategic Sourcing (DPAPSS). Specific topics
among the program this year include the Acquisition of Services, the
Defense Acquisition Workforce, Contracting Integrity, Small Business, and
updates on the DoD Small Business Innovation Research Program, Strategic
Sourcing, and Incentive Contracting.
