Tidewater Government/Industry Council initiated

TASC Monthly Speaker Program initiated

  TASC Incorporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia approved
  TASC Corporate Bylaws adopted
  TASC receives IRS not-for-profit status

Tidewater Government/Industry Council Exchange Briefing Program initiated
  TASC/TGIC/ODU Joint Annual Service Contracting Symposia initiated
  Tidewater Government/Industry Council Charter revised and approved

TASC long range strategic plan was developed and adopted

Improved TASC monthly newsletter initiated

TGIC and NCMA jointly sponsors Exchange Briefing Program
  TGIC Executive Committee expands to include representatives from 14 government activities and 8 private companies.

TASC amended and restated Bylaws approved
