The membership consists of conscientious business persons working together to ensure the highest standards of performance in their specialized fields. The Tidewater Government/Industry Council (TGIC) is a council of Government and Industry Representatives organized to provide effective avenues of communication, cooperation and consultation among numerous government activities and private industry in Hampton Roads.
